This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Lumina to control your LED lighting products via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

2.3 Information from Device Permissions

To deliver core functionality, Lumina requests the following device permissions:

• Bluetooth — to discover and control nearby Nex-Gen LED devices
• Local Network / Wi-Fi — to connect to and control LED devices on your home or business network
• Push Notifications — to send alerts about device status, firmware updates, and automations (optional)

You may manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain App features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your Lumina account
• Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi discovery, pairing, and control of your LED devices
• Save and sync your lighting scenes, schedules, and preferences

• Apple App Store — Lumina complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and App Privacy requirements. Data types disclosed in the App Privacy section of our App Store listing are consistent with this policy.
• Google Play Store — Lumina complies with Google Play's Data Safety requirements. Our Data Safety section accurately reflects the data types we collect, their purposes, and whether data is shared with third parties.
