We've made the warranty claim process as simple as possible. Here's how it works:
Start by submitting your warranty claim directly with the Nex-Gen LED authorized dealer who installed your system. They know your setup and can often resolve issues quickly.
If you're not satisfied with the resolution from your installer, contact Nex-Gen LED directly to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Hold the product for at least 12 months after your claim in case Nex-Gen LED needs it for verification or testing.
Nex-Gen LED will repair or replace the defective product. We cover surface freight for returning repaired or replacement items back to you — no extra cost to you.
