Lifetime Light Warranty

Our LED lights are warranted for the lifetime of the light as defined by the manufacturer
Nex-Gen LEDs are designed to last up to 50,000 hours — that's approximately 20 years at 7 hours of daily use
The warranty remains valid regardless of how many hours the lights are actually used

10-Year Parts Warranty

All hardware components — including power kits, controllers, extensions, cables, connectors, and tracks — are warranted to be free from defects in material for 10 years

Warranty Transfer

Your investment is protected, even when life takes you to a new home.

One-Time Transfer to New Homeowner

The Nex-Gen LED warranty is transferable one time to a new homeowner. To transfer the warranty:

1 The new homeowner must contact Nex-Gen LED directly within 90 days of taking possession of the home
2 A valid transfer provides the new homeowner with the remaining warranty coverage, up to a maximum of 2 years
3 If less than 2 years remain on the original 10-year warranty at the time of transfer, the new homeowner inherits the remaining balance

This means your Nex-Gen LED investment adds lasting value to your home, even if you sell. The next owner enjoys the same premium protection and peace of mind you did.

What's Covered

Defects in material on all Nex-Gen LED manufactured products
Repair or replacement of defective products or parts at Nex-Gen's discretion
Surface shipping costs for valid warranty returns

What's Not Covered

Labor or installation costs for warranty replacements
Damage from accidents, abuse, or misuse
Installation, modification, or repair performed by anyone other than an authorized Nex-Gen LED service provider
Damage from power surges, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other acts of God
Operating products above their rated capacity
Use of non-Nex-Gen LED replacement parts
Normal wear items that require periodic replacement

How to File a Warranty Claim

We've made the warranty claim process as simple as possible. Here's how it works:

Contact Your Installer

Start by submitting your warranty claim directly with the Nex-Gen LED authorized dealer who installed your system. They know your setup and can often resolve issues quickly.

Escalate to Nex-Gen LED (if needed)

If you're not satisfied with the resolution from your installer, contact Nex-Gen LED directly to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship or Hold the Product

If shipping is required:

Pack items in original or equivalent packaging
Ship freight prepaid to Nex-Gen LED
Include the RMA number and a written description of the issue
Note: Damage in transit is the homeowner's responsibility

If shipping is not required:

Hold the product for at least 12 months after your claim in case Nex-Gen LED needs it for verification or testing.

Resolution

Nex-Gen LED will repair or replace the defective product. We cover surface freight for returning repaired or replacement items back to you — no extra cost to you.
